Sitting at the kitchen table, I remember staring at my mom’s mortgage statement. I was only 16, but I could tell something wasn’t right. The interest rate was extremely high—13%—and there were two loans stacked on top of each other. I knew we had to fix it.
My mom had struggled with debt and didn’t know how to get herself out of the bad loan. I started looking into refinancing options. After talking to the mortgage company, we worked out a cash-out refinance, lowering the interest rate to around 3%. It was a game-changer. That moment stuck with me—not just because we managed to improve my family’s financial situation, but because it showed me how powerful real estate and financial knowledge could be.
My grandfather, who worked as a tailor his entire life, helped each of his daughters buy their homes. Coming from an immigrant family, I saw firsthand the sacrifices and determination it took to build something from the ground up. That experience shaped my mindset—teaching me the value of financial stability, smart investments, and the importance of creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. The idea of building something for the next generation really resonated with me.

After high school, I knew I wanted to go into real estate, but I didn’t jump in right away. I spent several years working at Starbucks, moving up the ranks toward management. It wasn’t my end goal, but it gave me valuable skills—how to communicate with people, how to build relationships, and how to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment. Starbucks also had a tuition program with Arizona State University. My parents sacrificed so much to build a life here, and because education was so important to them, I wanted to honor that by getting my business degree.
Once I graduated, I started cold-calling agents and landed a role as an admin for an agent focused on new construction. I made things happen, getting her some lots for builders, but I wanted to have a more direct impact.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to build a business on educating and helping people. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, connecting investors with profitable deals, or managing properties, I love knowing that my work makes a real impact.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling and taking spontaneous trips to places like the Smoky Mountains for a long weekend. I also spend a lot of time with my two dogs, Chewy (a Chihuahua) and Nuba (a Cocker Spaniel), and of course, my family and friends!
Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, find a profitable rental property, or expand your real estate portfolio, I tailor my approach to fit your needs. I have access to off-market deals and provide guidance on flips and rental property management. At the same time, I help families and individuals navigate buying and selling, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their goals. No matter the client, my focus is always on providing expert advice and a seamless experience.
When I walk through a home with a client, I don’t just see it as a listing—I evaluate it for its long-term value, pointing out details and potential issues that others might overlook. I take a direct yet supportive approach, giving my clients honest assessments, clear market insights, and strong negotiation strategies. I’m not here to be pushy, but I will be upfront about what it takes to win in a competitive market. At the end of the day, my goal is to help my clients build wealth and make smart real estate decisions, whether they’re buying their first home or making their next big investment.
Sincerely,
